From
1962 to 1975
My
work was focused in a production line,
responsibility in several operations and dominating
my first contacts with diverse machineries, since my
purpose was to know for my future everything
regarding the occupation that more I like it, to be
an expert technician in design and production. After
these thirteen years I passed to carry out the
position of in charge general of the company Orbi
s.a. with a ladies footwear production for Charles
Jourdan. |

From 1975
to 1988
Owned
my own company, manufactures for other companies
such as Seylo-Parracha, and also made shoes
under my own brand. We had two lines, one witch
consisted of women’s comfort shoes and another
younger women’s dress shoe line which dedicated
to several markets as Belgium, Sweden, Canada
and United States. I had 180
employees and made about 1000 pairs a day.
Technical Manager of Seylo-Parracha, a company
witch makes women’s fashion shoes for export.
For mediation of the same one, they dedicated me
as General Technical Manager of a women’s dress
shoe factory with 600 employees we made about
3000 pairs daily, in the Popular Republic of
China (Yiulian Leather Company) in the population
of Khunsan to 60 Km of Shangai, I was in charge of all
technical matters, product development, quality
control, training employees, solving technical
problems and developing and improving materials
and components. |

From 1988 to 1990
On
Nina Footwear (Elda). General Technical director
for all Nina Spanish factories. I functioned as
a consultant directing all aspects of production,
I also directed product development: prototypes,
last corrections, fit, patterns, I also
perfected samples for production in Taiwan. Nina
is a volume fashion line of career women’s shoes. |

From 1990 to 1993
General
Technical Director of J.A.S. s.p. Bardejov (Slovaquia).
A very large factory witch makes 35.000 pairs
daily
of men’s, women’s, children and athletics shoes
(major supplier for Adidas, among others ). It
also makes industrial footwear, army boots,
direct and indirect injection molded, using,
among others, techniques such as Strohbel,
California, S. Crispino, Willy, and
others. I was the chief technical director of
the factory, responsible for all aspects of
quality, responsible for production performance
(daily peerage, quotas, etc.), training of
workers and factory managers from
Svit, old Technical School of Bata, supervised
the design school complete shoemaking university,
worked with suppliers to
develop all kinds of components to our
specifications for productions, developed entire
staff of people under my
direction, responsible for production planning
and budgets, I participated in a restructuring
of the company producing the same amount of
pairs with a 60% improvement in quality. |

From 1994 to January 2000
Technical
director of manufacturing of a leading American
multinational shoe company Nina Footwear in
Spain,
on my arrival the production was 2.500.000 pairs
on sales, in the place of this five years was
amounting the production
in 7.500.000 pairs on sales, I’ am in charge of
all technical aspects of manufacturing, pre-production
and supervision
of product development of this company in Spain
and development of pre-production for Taiwan,
Hong Kong and
China. Manager of design, making three different
important lines, expert making lasts for these
three lines together with last
makers, control of constructions, all
rectifications for the lines, control of quality
of materials and technology of
making fabric shoes. |

From January 2000 to June 2004
I have developed the whole process of new image
and recovery of Pura López as for
technology, lines,
normalization of the quality and unification of
the companies group assigned to the
production line, contributing in a great
percentage to the expansion of the mark, ours
made has been from the perfection of the lasts,
technology in the matters and readjustments of
lines, leaving to the company increase with a
200% in the sales volume, with an improvement in
the quality and the very high general technology.
There is not better guarantee of effectiveness
for our
part that during the period of time of our
collaboration with this mark, the whole
competition has been trying to copy the whole
technology, lasts and systems implanted by us on
this mark.
From June 2004 to October 2006
I was the technology responsible of several lines like Alíma, Blay Concept, West, developing the lines, realization of lLast, general technology, scales of heels, soles, besides collaborating with several manufacture whose product was dedicated for the firm Témpe & Zara, to say that I show a spotless curriculum along my career, the challenges in my profession don't have end, I am qualified to attack any project that can imagine in the sector of the footwear, I am teacher last maker, designer, professional technician in general is technical self taught.
From November 2006 to November 2007
At this time I am carrying out my profession in China, in the Donguan city, I came here to design a ladies collection of a new mark, the company requested me that I that he will give one year, at 2 May, they named me General Technician Director and at day 16 named me Vice-president & designer of the Group, my work in this company B&C Footwear Company Limited consisted, in training to the design departments and technology, teaching them on the international systems as regards adjustment, among other responsibilities, this implanting the technological systems in all the departments of the company.
Sampling installation of the insoles of mounted with the system of measures for the stell shank, sándwich and crossed and round, to give stability, consistency and flexibility to the product.
Installation of the system to adjust the leather counters and power to manufacture them with pursuit horn the production.
Formation of a team very trained for control of the different technology departments.
Training of the quality control & pursuit team, in the production lines.
Pursuit and personal supervision of the quality, from the different technology departments, pursuit and quality control in the production lines.
Training and formation of a design department and adjustment, preparation to supply the necessities of the company, with the maximum effectiveness.
Training of the last makers team for last and production, making it capable to supplying manufactures, if also not to supply the necessities of last of several companies of the sector.
Designing the collections of the firm has was among other responsibilities patented, Huajian Group has 24.000 employees and a production of 12 millions per year, one of the headquarters is located at the Donguan City, its yam Hua Bao of the Group of Huajienshoes.
